Alright finally done some personal projects
Anyways General rule is I accept USD or CAD money via paypal

  5-10$, depending if its full body, 3/4 or top half. Can be done in any style wanted, if not then basic black and white

  7.50-12.50$, depending if its full body, 3/4 or top half

 15$ simple as that, in black and white of course

  20-35 $, depending on the complexity, body position, etc.

All of these prices are single character, backgrounds are simple. Any additional characters is 50% more of the base cost. Backgrounds can be discussed.
